Delivery…

Our Delivery Charge is £3.50 for any number of items.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and will despatch the next day if it's in stock, however please allow 10-14 working days for our goods to reach you.

If there is a further delay we will contact you to confirm you still require the goods and to advise an estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately at the moment Love Etc is only able to deliver to UK addresses.

Returns…

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not happy with your Love Etc items please return them to us within 14 days, along with the returns form enclosed in the original parcel.

There is no need to telephone us before sending a return.

We will be happy to make refund or exchange providing the item is returns in perfect condition and the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund pierced earrings.

We strongly advise using registered post as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Please always retain proof of postage. We regret we cannot refund this cost.

Gift items can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
